Privacy
A synthetic workspace.
Your own review session.
Operations Desk uses fixed, independently authored fictional inputs. Do not submit confidential, employer, customer or restricted material. Generated results need review.
Project processing and storage
When you run a task, the server may send the fixed sample text, document, audio or illustration to the configured cloud model provider through an existing processing service. Each result displays its scope and any available execution or usage information. Sample outputs may be reused across visitor sessions for six hours; reused results are labelled. Your review decisions remain separate.
A random browser capability gives access to your project run. The active run and its task records expire after 24 hours. The browser retains the capability so you can return during that period. Rate limiting stores hashed network identifiers. Active expiry does not describe provider retention, infrastructure backups or copies you download.
Optional account
If enabled, sign-in sends your requested email address to the existing authentication provider. The link must open in the requesting browser. The workspace uses an opaque, secure HttpOnly cookie; account access tokens stay in server memory for at most one hour and are lost on restart. Sign-in attempts are limited using hashed identifiers. Account-specific outputs require the same signed-in session and never enter the shared sample-output cache.
Existing account history remains subject to the account service's retention and quota rules. Signing out ends the workspace session; it does not delete account records. The public sample offers no checkout and does not enable paid processing.
Drafts and contact enquiries
Project follow-ups remain drafts within the workspace. Its review workflow sends no messages. The separate contact form collects your name, organisation, email, request, budget band, restricted-relationship declaration, consent and submission identifier. Its private intake records the enquiry, notifies me and prepares a reply draft. It does not send an automatic reply or accept work.

The site uses no third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Hosting and security providers may keep ordinary request logs. No customer or employer system is connected to the public workspace.
